Return & Exchange

  • You have a period of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order to make a return and/or exchange. Return and/or exchange request made 7 calendar days after your order was delivered, will result in final sale.
  • Aleena Line do not provide free return and/or exchange shipping. Customers are responsible for any shipping fees and other fees including taxes, customs or duties imposed for returns and/or exchanges. You can return using any secure means, but we do not accept liability if package is lost or damaged. Contact us by Whatsapp: +60169028385 or Email: enquiries@aleenaline.com if you wish to make a return and/or exchange, we will provide you with return and/or exchange relevant details. Please include details about your returns by providing your order information (order number and email address).
  • The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged - 
    1. Sale items purchased during our Sale on Sale promotion are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a return, exchange without exception.
    2. Items that are customized.
    • All return and/or exchange must be in their original packaging, original condition, unworn, unwashed, not modified and not damaged.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Aleena Line. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.

    Refund:
    We will update you on the approval of the refund once we received and inspected your returned package. For approved refund, refund will be settled within thirty (30) business days after receipt of package.

    Defective item:

      Order cancellation:
      We do not accept cancellation once you have placed your order. Once your order is submitted, we begin processing it immediately. During this time we cannot add or remove items, or otherwise modify or cancel your order.
