Delivery Information
Delivery times:
- Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. Aleena Line is unable to take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, even though we try our best to minimize any potential delays.
- Delivery times do not take into account the 30 days order preparation time by our warehouse, some items may take up to 60 days, please check with us to confirm if you are unsure. During peak periods, orders can exceptionally be processed within 35 days by our warehouse. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
- Delivery to most of Europe: delivered within 4-7 days. Gulf Middle East: delivered within 5-8 days. USA: delivered within 4-6 days. Rest of the world: delivered within 4-7 days.
Delivery couriers & fees:
- Delivery fees are fixed at USD30 to anywhere in the world.
- Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, Aramex.
About taxes, customs & duties:
Any taxes, customs or import duties that are charged when the package reaches the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office.
Other delivery information:
- Delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is unavailable.
- Aleena Line is not responsible for any unsuccessful attempts caused by customer's negligence, which includes but not limited to incorrect information on receiver's name, address, contact number. In this event, it will be unable for us to process a refund for you. In the event you find that your order information is incorrect, contact us by Whatsapp: +60169028385 or Email: enquiries@aleenaline.com with your order number and correct information as soon as possible.
- Customer takes full responsibility for all costs on return shipment, including but not limited to all customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept the package due to import duties or taxes.
- Aleena Line cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the relevant courier if your package is lost or damaged.
